Returns & exchanges:
Although we hope to ensure all our customers enjoy our products, if you are unhappy with your purchase, item(s) can be refunded or exchanged if returned within 14 days of purchase to us in saleable condition. Unfortunately we will not accept any returns after this.
Item(s) can only be accepted if they are returned in their original undamaged packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if any item(s) are not returned in a fully resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings.
Please email us with the subject “Returns” stating clearly the order number and reason of return. Once your return/exchange has been authorized by us, we will provide you with a return address to send your returned item(s) to. Postage and packaging for returning item(s) will be at the senders cost. It is highly recommended to send the item(s) by recorded delivery and to retain the proof of postage for reference, pls email us the reference code. We will not be held liable for any item(s) lost in the post.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days, depending on your credit card company.
